Terms of use

These Terms of use are issued by Studio Serial, a craft business for services, production and trade, owned by Ines Rukljač (hereinafter: Studio Serial or OTKLON.ai), with its registered seat at Mihanovićeva ulica 14, 10000 Zagreb, PIN (OIB): 01167026521, as the service provider and owner of the website otklon.ai (hereinafter: the Website). OTKLON.ai is a joint brand under which Studio Serial collaborates with strategic partners (Barrage, MATER, AI Tech); contractual and legal responsibility for services ordered through the Website is assumed exclusively by Studio Serial.

By accessing and using the Website, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of use in full. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Website.

The Website is used to present OTKLON.ai services related to business process mapping, automation and AI agent development, and to enable contact and scheduling of business conversations with potential clients.

The content of the Website is informative in nature and does not constitute a binding offer, unless expressly stated otherwise in individual communication or a contract.

All content published on the Website — texts, graphics, logos, visual identity and other materials — is owned by Studio Serial or used with the rights holder's permission, and is protected by copyright and related rights legislation.

Copying, distribution or other use of Website content without prior written consent from Studio Serial is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Studio Serial makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee complete accuracy, reliability or availability of the content at all times.

These Terms and their interpretation are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes shall fall under the subject-matter jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

These Terms of use have been prepared in Croatian and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the language versions, the Croatian version of the text shall prevail.
