OTKLON.ai is led by Ines Rukljač, an expert with more than 20 years of experience in business development, digital transformation, and the development of new products and services.

She has held leadership positions at Hrvatski Telekom, the Croatian Chamber of Economy, WMG, 24sata, and RTL. As Director of the Digital Development Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, she led the development of national digital platforms and services, including Digitalna komora, 1Ured, and Tendernet, along with a team of experts in product, data, platforms, and operations.

Throughout her career she has managed P&L, teams of up to 20 people, complex partner ecosystems, and projects from business idea to full implementation. Today she uses that experience to help organizations clearly define the problem, find room for improvement, and turn it into a solution that delivers measurable business value.

Miro is an international consultant with more than two decades of experience advising companies in Croatia and abroad, including the United Arab Emirates. Over the course of his career he has built an exceptional professional profile in program management, financial management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

He has led major USAID-funded initiatives in Afghanistan and Croatia, including the Enterprise Croatia, Small and Medium Enterprise Development in Afghanistan, and Enterprise Development for Export-Oriented Companies programs – projects each worth more than 100 million US dollars, with teams of over 150 experts.

Under his leadership, all programs met and in most cases exceeded their contractual targets, with minimal or no risk to participants.
